In order to comply to medizininformatik-initiative/mii-fhir-site-report-aktin#26, we have to support custom profiles that will be present in the capability statement.

I would suggest to provide a mountable directory were one can put profiles and search parameters that will be loaded on startup. If we have that, we can also deprecate the custom MII Blaze.
