Outlook cannot create new profile in Application Compartment box

Describe what you noticed and did

1. create application compartment box
2. run outlook.exe /profile xxx in created box
3. click OK on "The profile name is not valid ..." message box
4. click "Options >>" button on Choose Profile message box
5. click "New..." button
6. type xxx in Profile Name, click OK
7. fill outlook email address and click Connect
8. cannot connect, "Something went wrong" message box displayed

I can confirm it also on a new empty sandbox.
