Option to randomize Sonarr/Radarr folders for requests #2214

Description

Many configuration paths for Radarr and Sonarr are useful when the library source is divided on multiple disks added periodically and the utility of the implementation in Jellyseerr comes from the "random" distribution/choice of requests so that the system does not overload with requests on a single drive.

Desired Behavior

Basically Jellyseerr knows the list of folders in Radarr and Sonarr, it is enough to choose one randomly for each request just by performing a shuffle on the list before displaying, path that can still be changed manually!

When configuring an instance there should be a button to activate this behavior, the default being the current one, choosing a single path.

Additional Context

I know that the "problem" can (could) be solved at the OS level, all disks in a pool/raid/etc, but personally I find it simpler and safer to change a disk that is stand-alone, than to bother with "modern solutions"!

Personally, I periodically upgrade my disks, basically swapping a small one for a larger one, obviously transferring the information from the small one to the large one, an operation that does not interfere in any way with the live operation of the server; The final effective replacement takes a few milliseconds, when the new disk is mapped in place of the old one.
I have been using this solution for 6 years and I have no problems regarding the entire "ecosystem"!

I do not use raid redundancy, I would not consider that the movie library requires an investment of 50% more in storage. What is lost can be easily added back!
