Ktlint goes into a infinite loop

When trying to change Kotlin files it goes into a infinite loop complaining about it not being able to run Ktlint:

I have Ktlint working in Intellij, so setting it up for the terminal should fix it. Bit still not wanted behavior

i'm curious why we're detecting ktlint when it's not accessible

BUN_BE_BUN=1 opencode -e 'console.log(Bun.which("ktlint"))' returns null.

Can also confirm that this is not fixed in 181
