Image quality is not good on custom images

When I test this model on custom images, it gives us this kind of output.
here is sequence source_image -> target_image -> output_image

Please help me how to improve their results and accuracy on custom images.

do you have problem regarding Unknown backend? I keep running into this issue in colab
