[FEATURE] Localization or Internationalization for pages

Description

Would it be possible to add localization or different languages to a site?

I am thinking that this could be implemented by having two set of notion workspace, one in each language but then how would I have to go about dealing with all the background items that does not come from notion.

Maybe having a JSON file with all the translation?

I am trying to prototype that on my own site and whatever findings and MVP I have I will make sure to added to this issue.
