Is it possible to modify bboxes to tilted ones in 2D object detection? #606

CenterNet is a great work! However,the predicted bboxes are upright.In more demanding applications(currently I have one),we may need more accurate boxes(minAreaRect rather than boundingbox) to point out the location of general objects.

Can centernet be modified to achieve this?Which parts of the code should one try to modify?
