PAC file download not working

Problem description / 问题描述

No matter what the URL is, downloading a .pac file via the extension fails.
This does not occur in Google Chrome v126.0.6478.127 with version v2.5.21 of the extension

1. Configure .pac file URL in extension

2. Click download

Note: I've attached screenshots from the SwitchyOmega extension running in Google Chrome v126.0.6478.127 as basis for expected behaviour

3. Latest .pac file is downloaded

.pac file is successfully downloaded, and the settings then applied and used by the extension

Note, I'm aware of the issue in the original SwitchyOmega repo which raises this, and the line in the readme that says PAC files do not work due to 'AMO review policies', but that issue and that repo is stale, and I'm hoping you're continuing development :)
