It's by the creators of PuneTech - http://punetech.com - another interesting site that is focused on technology / startups / etc. in Pune. ForPune is based on StackExchange, a SaaS (Software as a Service), the same software that runs StackOverflow - http://StackOverflow.com (a Q&A site for programmers), ServerFault - http://ServerFault.com (a Q&A site for system administrators), and SuperUser - http://superuser.com (a Q&A site for computer enthusiasts and power users) - among other sites; since StackExchange is a SaaS product, anyone can sign up to use it (for a monthly payment,which as per what I saw, is not high).
