The backend powering Pacstall

Libpacstall provides the building blocks for interacting with the Pacstall ecosystem, including but not limited to:

• Providing a shell (without any calls to bash) that pacscripts can be sourced from.
• .SRCINFO parsing and generating.
• Configuration file parsing.
