Adding arrow_pg library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add arrow-pg

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

arrow-pg = "0.12.1"

The arrow_pg library will be automatically available globally. Read the arrow_pg library documentation.
