Adding bacnet_encoding library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add bacnet-encoding

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

bacnet-encoding = "0.6.4"

The bacnet_encoding library will be automatically available globally. Read the bacnet_encoding library documentation.
