Adding base85 library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add base85

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

base85 = "2.0.0"

The base85 library will be automatically available globally. Read the base85 library documentation.
