Adding cairo_lang_lowering library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add cairo-lang-lowering

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

cairo-lang-lowering = "2.17.0-rc.0"

The cairo_lang_lowering library will be automatically available globally. Read the cairo_lang_lowering library documentation.
