Adding `cgi_service` library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add cgi-service

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

cgi-service = "0.2.0"

The cgi_service library will be automatically available globally. Read the cgi_service library documentation.
