Adding enc_rust library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add enc_rust

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

enc_rust = "0.2.2"

The enc_rust library will be automatically available globally. Read the enc_rust library documentation.
