Adding `htmstd` library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add htmstd

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

htmstd = "0.7.0"

The htmstd library will be automatically available globally. Read the htmstd library documentation.

htmstd - Hotaru Standard Middleware Library

Standard middleware collection for the Hotaru web framework, providing common functionality like CORS, sessions, and authentication.

Middleware

Configure CORS policies for your application:

use htmstd::cors::AppCorsSettings;

let app = App::new()
    .set_config(
        AppCorsSettings::new()

            .allow_methods(vec!["GET", "POST"])

Secure session management using encrypted cookies:

use htmstd::session::CookieSession;

let app = App::new()
    .append_middleware::<CookieSession>()
    .build();

Access session data in handlers:

Safety Configuration

Configure HTTP safety limits per endpoint or globally:
