Adding impl_tools_lib library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add impl-tools-lib

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

impl-tools-lib = "0.11.4"

The impl_tools_lib library will be automatically available globally. Read the impl_tools_lib library documentation.
