Adding jay_config library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add jay-config

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

jay-config = "1.9.0"

The jay_config library will be automatically available globally. Read the jay_config library documentation.
