Adding libipld_pb library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add libipld-pb

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

libipld-pb = "0.16.0"

The libipld_pb library will be automatically available globally. Read the libipld_pb library documentation.
