Adding oci_runtime_spec library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add oci-runtime-spec

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

oci-runtime-spec = "0.0.4"

The oci_runtime_spec library will be automatically available globally. Read the oci_runtime_spec library documentation.
