Adding pezbp_relayers library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add pezbp-relayers

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

pezbp-relayers = "0.7.0"

The pezbp_relayers library will be automatically available globally. Read the pezbp_relayers library documentation.
