Adding py_declare library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add py-declare

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

py-declare = "0.0.4"

The py_declare library will be automatically available globally. Read the py_declare library documentation.
