Adding revm_specification library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add revm-specification

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

revm-specification = "1.0.0-alpha.1"

The revm_specification library will be automatically available globally. Read the revm_specification library documentation.
