Adding ruvector_mincut_node library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add ruvector-mincut-node

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

ruvector-mincut-node = "0.1.29"

The ruvector_mincut_node library will be automatically available globally. Read the ruvector_mincut_node library documentation.
