Adding `ssb_packetstream` library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add ssb-packetstream

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

ssb-packetstream = "0.2.1"

The ssb_packetstream library will be automatically available globally. Read the ssb_packetstream library documentation.
