Adding ubpf_assembler library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add ubpf-assembler

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

ubpf-assembler = "0.2.2"

The ubpf_assembler library will be automatically available globally. Read the ubpf_assembler library documentation.
