Just to help me understand this issue - is it accurate that if a page is deleted directly, it is automatically removed from its Wikidata item, but if deleted with Nuke, this doesn't happen?

Looking at the UI error carefully, there are two problems:
- The entire error message is red, because it's using the deprecated error class instead of a pretty error box. This is easy to fix.
- The error message is shown twice, with the second instance being double-escaped. This seems to me to be a bug in MediaWiki's handling for the deprecated ArticleDelete hook, which AbuseFilter is using. Given that it's deprecated, I'm inclined to just update AF to use PageDelete instead, which shouldn't have this problem.

Izno closed T366998: Special:Undelete has a preview button that doesn't respect text size setting as Invalid.
You know when you go to reproduce something and you can't.

I compared the byte counts reported in Special:DeletedContributions with what I could calculate from action=query&prop=deletedrevisions.

For QA I would recommend loading Special:DeletedContributions for a specific user, and ensure that the diff size for the revisions shown are the same as they are on Special:Undelete (you can get to the undelete special page by clicking the view link).
