PyCon JP 2025

PyCon JPは、日本最大のPythonコミュニティイベントで、Pythonコミュニティメンバーが主体となって運営する非営利の国際的なカンファレンスです。

一般社団法人PyCon JP Associationが主催しています。昨年の東京開催では650人が参加し、アジアや欧米など、世界各国から、Pythonのコア開発者を含む、エキスパートや愛好者が集まりました。

今年のPyCon JP は、これまでの東京開催とは異なり、広島での開催です。

PyCon JP is the largest Python community event in Japan and is a non-profit international conference run primarily by Python community members.

It is organized by the PyCon JP Association. Last year's event in Tokyo attracted 650 participants, including core Python developers, experts and enthusiasts from all over the world, including Asia, Europe, and the United States.

This year's PyCon JP will be held in Hiroshima, unlike previous years in Tokyo.

Patron : 50,000 円

パトロンスポンサーとしてご支援いただける方向けのチケットです。

パトロンスポンサーへの特典として、お名前（ニックネーム）やアバター画像の掲載を企画しています。チケットにパーティ参加権が含まれます。

Business : 30,000 円

一般参加者として参加する際、特別な形式の領収書が必要な場合、こちらを選択してください。

価格以外の特典は、Personal に準じます。チケットにパーティ参加権が含まれます。

Personal （パーソナル） : 8,000 円

一般参加者向けチケットです。チケットにはパーティ参加権は含まれないため、パーティへの参加を希望する場合は、別途販売しているパーティチケットを追加でご購入ください。

Early Bird（アーリーバード）: 5,000 円

枚数限定の早期販売チケットです。価格以外の仕様は、Personal に準じます。

若い世代の方々が、経済的な負担を感じることなく気軽にご参加いただけるよう、25歳以下の方を対象に販売する割り引きチケットです。

チケットにはパーティ参加権は含まれないため、パーティへの参加を希望する場合は、別途販売しているパーティチケットを追加でご購入ください。

イベント初日（9月26日）時点で 25 歳以下であることを証明できる書類をご持参ください。

Student : 2,000 円

大学生（大学院含む）・専門学校生・高校生・中学生は、こちらのチケットをご購入ください。

Free ticket for students : 無料参加（学生向け）

学生（大学院生・大学生・専門学校生・高校生・中学生）向けのカンファレンス無料参加チケットです。

このチケットには、ランチ、パーティ参加権のほか、記念Tシャツ 等は含まれません。

カンファレンス本体への参加だけでなく、記念Tシャツ等も欲しい方は有料チケットをお求めください。

パーティへの参加を希望する場合は、別途販売しているパーティチケットを追加でご購入ください。

決済について

決済方法について

決済は、特別な事由のない限り「PayPal」を利用したクレジットカード払いのみに対応します。

クレジットカードをお持ちでない場合は、プリペイド VISA (Vプリカ、Kyash) などの決済をご検討ください。

PayPal 決済が利用できないことが認められ、別の決済手段を利用する場合、国内・国外を問わず、原則銀行振込に変更します。銀行振り込みに関するマニュアルは、以下のとおりです。

キャンセル・返金について

体調不良など、参加者事由によるキャンセル・返金は致しかねます。あらかじめご了承ください。

領収書について

領収書の発行は、原則 connpass より発行される領収データをお使いください。

なお、領収書の様式に指定がある場合は、Business チケットまたは Patron チケットを選択し、お問い合わせフォームより様式についてご連絡ください。

遠方参加者の支援制度について

Patron : 50,000 JPY

This ticket is for those who support us as a Patron Sponsor.

We plan to post your name (nickname) and avatar image as a benefit for patron sponsors. The ticket includes the right to attend the party.

Business : 30,000 JPY

If your employer is covering your costs for attending, please select this option.

This is the only option for which we will issue our special receipts.

Includes party entry.

Personal : 8,000 JPY

This ticket is for general participants.

Tickets do not include party entry. If you wish to attend the party, please purchase an additional party ticket, which is sold separately.

Early Bird : 5,000 JPY *1

This is an early bird ticket with a limited number of tickets. Specifications other than price are the same as Personal.

U25 : 3,000 JPY

Discounted tickets are sold to those 25 years old and younger so that the younger generation can easily attend the party without feeling the financial burden.

To All Attendees and Ticket Holders

By obtaining any ticket — paid or free — or by attending the event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  • All presenters, participants, and companies/organizations applying for participation are required to promise that they are not antisocial forces and that they will not have any relationship with antisocial forces.

  • All underage participants must be required to get allowed to attend the conference by their parents.

For Presenters

Presenters are also required to purchase tickets. There is no discount for presenters. Please note that there is no discount for presenters.

However, presenters of keynote and invited lectures will be notified individually.

In the unlikely event that tickets are sold out, we will provide a means for presenters to purchase tickets.

For Sponsors

You may enter up to the number of people included in the sponsor plan package you have supported. For any shortfall, please purchase general attendee tickets.

Payments

Payment Method

Only PayPal (credit card) is accepted for payment.

If you do not have a credit card, please try one of the following:

• Use a prepaid VISA card (e.g., V-Preca, Kyash)
• Ask someone you know to make the payment on your behalf

Payment Errors

In the past, there were cases where registration failed due to payment errors.

If an error occurs, do not register again. Instead, contact us as described in the "Contact Information" section below.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations due to personal reasons (e.g., illness) are not eligible for a refund. However, ticket transfers are permitted.

Please note that the PyCon JP Association will not be involved in any issues arising from ticket transfers or resales.

About Receipts

If you need a receipt, you must purchase a Business or Patron ticket.

Please allow 1 week to 1 month for receipt issuance. Contact us early if you need one.

Support system for distant participants

A system may be available for participants, mainly from distant locations, under which the “PyCon JP Association” will pay for their transportation and lodging expenses.
