    GemGIS

    GemGIS

    Spatial data processing for geomodeling

GemGIS is a Python-based, open-source geographic information processing library. It is capable of preprocessing spatial data such as vector data (shape files, geojson files, geopackages,…), raster data (tif, png,…), data obtained from online services (WCS, WMS, WFS) or XML/KML files (soon). Preprocessed data can be stored in a dedicated Data Class to be passed to the geomodeling package GemPy in order to accelerate the model-building process. Postprocessing of model results will allow export from GemPy to geoinformation systems such as QGIS and ArcGIS or to Google Earth for further use.

    HyperTools

    HyperTools

A Python toolbox for gaining geometric insights

HyperTools is a library for visualizing and manipulating high-dimensional data in Python. It is built on top of matplotlib (for plotting), seaborn (for plot styling), and scikit-learn (for data manipulation). Functions for plotting high-dimensional datasets in 2/3D. Static and animated plots. Simple API for customizing plot styles. Set of powerful data manipulation tools including hyperalignment, k-means clustering, normalizing and more. Support for lists of Numpy arrays, Pandas dataframes, text or (mixed) lists. Applying topic models and other text vectorization methods to text data. HyperTools is designed to facilitate dimensionality reduction-based visual explorations of high-dimensional data. The basic pipeline is to feed in a high-dimensional dataset (or a series of high-dimensional datasets) and, in a single function call, reduce the dimensionality of the dataset(s) and create a plot.

    Kale

    Kale

    Kubeflow’s superfood for Data Scientists

KALE (Kubeflow Automated pipeLines Engine) is a project that aims at simplifying the Data Science experience of deploying Kubeflow Pipelines workflows. Kubeflow is a great platform for orchestrating complex workflows on top Kubernetes and Kubeflow Pipeline provides the mean to create reusable components that can be executed as part of workflows. The self-service nature of Kubeflow make it extremely appealing for Data Science use, at it provides an easy access to advanced distributed jobs orchestration, re-usability of components, Jupyter Notebooks, rich UIs and more. Still, developing and maintaining Kubeflow workflows can be hard for data scientists, who may not be experts in working orchestration platforms and related SDKs. Additionally, data science often involve processes of data exploration, iterative modelling and interactive environments (mostly Jupyter notebook).

    MSCViewer

    MSCViewer

A tool for visualization and analysis of logs as sequence diagrams

MSCViewer is a tool intended for debugging of control flows in concurrent, distributed systems. The tool loads logs generated by various entities in the system and visualize a sequence diagram chart for events and interactions. The diagram is fully interactive: entity can be added/removed from the diagram and shuffled; events can be filtered, searched, highlighted and annotated with comments. MSCViewer features integration with a Python interpreter which allows writing Python scripts interacting with the model. This powerful feature can be used to automate validatation of distributed control flows, integrate with graphing infrastructure, etc.
