MAME4droid (0.139u1) is developed by David Valdeita (Seleuco), port of MAME 0.139u1 emulator by Nicola Salmoria and TEAM. MAME4droid (0.139u1) emulates arcade games supported by original MAME 0.139u1. This MAME4droid version is targeted to Dual-Core devices, because it is based on a high specs 2010 PC MAME build. Anyway don't expect arcade games of the 90 to work at full speed. With some games that are really bad optimized (like outrun or mk series) you will need at least a 1.5 ghz dual-core device (Cortex A15). This is related to MAME build used, since it is targeted to high specs PC's as i said before. This version emulates over 8000 different romsets. Please, try to understand that that with that amount of games, some will run better than others and some might not even run with MAME4droid. Please, don't email me asking for a specific game to run. After all, the simulator is a company-level product with limited personal capabilities. I hope everyone can mention more pr. Since 2018/6/13 integrated and launched your own project, the detection data of 11w+ suspected simulators have been collected by 10/24. If you need to do very detailed simulator identification in your business, you can add judgment conditions by yourself. -

Gameboy emulator in Java 8
Coffee GB is a Gameboy Color emulator written in Java 8. It's meant to be a development exercise. More info can be found in the blog post. First I implemented all the Gameboy CPU opcodes. It’s not exactly the Z80, but it’s pretty close. As a reference, I’ve used the GameBoy CPU Manual - later on I discovered that it has a few typos and is not specific enough for some of the operations. After implementing the opcodes and memory (modelled by an int[] array) I was eager to check whether it’s possible to run some code on it. I had neither the cartridge nor the GPU emulation yet, so even the simplest game wouldn’t be an option. However, when the original Gameboy starts, it executes a simple 256-bytes program, a kind of firmware displaying the Nintendo logo and self-testing the system. That was exactly the thing I was looking for - after just 3 days I had an application running the Gameboy code! -
