Ta4j is an open-source Java library for technical analysis. It provides the basic components for the creation, evaluation, and execution of trading strategies. Ta4j is available on Maven Central. Priorty Estimation Tool (PriEsT) is a decision analysis tool. You can use it for ranking the options you have, or alternatively, you may use it for resource allocation (budgeting) problems.
