Commit [r13637]  Maximize  Restore  History

- Astyle: Revert last commit, because fixes one issue creating other.

Options for fixing the original issue:
- Remove completely external library usage in Makefile.am
- Activate HAVE_ASTYLE only if HAVE_CXX11 and HAVE_CXX14 are false in configure.ac
