- NassiShneiderman: Do not link with unused boost_system library (ticket #1563).
The boost_system library has been removed in recent boost, now it is a header-only library and part of C++11.
Tested on Mint 18, tHe autotools part will come later.

* Clangd_client: Apply Christo patch #1559 for makefiles (Thanks christo)

- Use scaled default fonts in debugger dialogs.

- Revert [r13747] and take into account HiDPI.

* Increase font size in debugger windows (thanks srm2000).

* SourceExporter: Replace ISO8859-1 encoding with UTF-8 when generating HTML (thanks srm2000).
wxStyledTextCtrl uses UTF-8 internally.
