#17 Customization: add "glossterm.first.link"
I really like the implementation of glossary entries. This way I don't
need to ensure the right pronounciation and typography of single
terms. Providing a link to the glossary definition is really helpful,
too. Nevertheless this highlighted internal link disturbs reading if
it occurs too often in a section or paragraph.
I would really appreciate, if one could customize whether all gloss
terms should be linked ("glossterm.auto.link") or only the first
occurrence of a gloss term in the document or only the first
occurrence of a gloss term in a chapter.
