Set first notebook tab of drAboutDialog to white Background.
Changed all strings from "2005" to "2007".
Change Revision numbers to 164.

Patch Knut Gerwens:
replaced in drAboutDialog all occurences of 'wx.StaticText' with 'wx.lib.stattext.GenStaticText'
because wx.StaticText displayed some lines truncated when wxPython is run with wxGTK
