Add unit test option for buildg3d (#67)

* Update Visual Studio `test` project output to `build/test` to match
where buildg3d looks for `test.exe`
* Add SIMDString unit tests to Visual Studio `unittest` project
* Add `unittestTarget` to `buildg3d` for running unit tests
* Configure `unittest/` for building with `icompile`
* Add wrapper header for unit test addressing macro clashing
* Add unittest clean to `buildg3d clean`
