the program is good, but there is no license and no code anywhere, apparently it's closed. What prevents to place it under GNU GPL.

Brilliantly simple. Exactly what I was looking for to keep myself on target daily for my small business. Very simple design and layout. Calendar has several different views - including traditional and a line by line view which is perfect for a daily todo list / daily planner. Very light in resources because it runs in Java I looked at multiple commercial and open source calendar, daily planner, time management softwares and all of them were to bulky, over complicated or tried to have every feature ever conceived, but Panda is very simple, very fast to use and I can leave it minimized without worrying about it slowing down my multi-tasking.
