#111 Cannot connect strteam
Having now successfully got IDJC and JACK installed on a Dell Dx0Q and configured it correctly (having checked this config info with a setup known to be working on another machine) I am now unable to get IDJC to stream to the network when clicking the connection button. Output in the JACK console is as thus:

I see nothing indicating that an encoder started which leads me to your remark about copying over config settings. While most of the settings will transfer over to future versions of IDJC this is not always the case and this appears to be what is happening here.
Have a look in Output->Individual Controls-> [Connection/ Format]. I bet the individual connection button is unclickable too.
Correct, I should have been clearer, it was the unclickability of the button in Output>Individual Controls > [Connection/Format] that made me realise something was wrong. Having checked everything, I don't know where I've gone wrong. As far as an encoder is concerned libmp3lame-dev is installed. Though I've copied across config data, it should be good as both versions of IDJC are 0.9.5

Can you post screenshots of the Connection and Format tabs?
