The list of templates is not ordered by templname, but
by date of creation.

This makes difficult locating a template in the list
when you have more than 8 or 9.

It happens in the 'Setup Templates' Configuration
option and in the computers-add-select.php file.

This bug has now been fixed in the irm-pqm archive.

The sort is now alphabetic, it takes the names and does a
string to lower case before it does the sort.
