When trying to add tracking through the 'Request Help'
menu option, you can do it using the IRM ID, selecting
a computer or a group of computers.
The last option is the only one that works. When using
an IRM ID or selecting a computer, I get a message that
says "Your search terms were too vague, and yielded
more than 5 results. Please try again."
