When file doesn't has ID3v2 tag and I press write tag
button nothing happens. When I create an empty tag with
Winamp, tag tools writes to this tag correctly.

PS everything works ok with ID3v1 tag for the same file.

PPS NTFS permissions set fine

Same here...unfortunately. Media Tagger does the trick though.
