MG/PS flow + status changed

I think this is solid. Please Review.

MG now downloading chunks (by default, implace is False)
flags supported 0,n,d,c=chksum.py and i (inplace)

MG reposting logs to users'source exchange

MG first version supporting http/sftp chunks...
logging to be improved.

MG newer version...

thought a lot about scopes... still thinking.

changed syntax of flags field to comma separated keyword=value pairs.
note that flag field values should be URL encoded.
reasons given in messages_considerations.txt.

re-arranged things so thoughts could flow towards conclusions. Start with considerations,
which show different issues and methods of solving them, etc... a single approach that addresses
all the considerations is proposed in messages.txt, and then a sample can be provided in
the sample file.

messages_considerations.txt -- new file to show reasoning/debates around choices
before they make it into messages.txt.

messages.txt -- added some more flag values for temporary file handling
tried to make this file only show results of thinking rather than
all thoughts.

dd_post_sample.txt -- removed reasoning, and descriptions of optional things,
now should contain strictly a sample.

there is also a lot of bogus diffs because of re-formatting for
80 char lines. Should have done that in a separate post.

changed v01.adm to v01.cfg seems nicer... thinking about it.
