#214 Protect against recursive references in oval docs
It is possible for circular references to occur in an oval document. We should make sure ovaldi doesn't go into an infinite loop if this happens.
Places we thought of where this can occur:
- extend_definition referring to the containing def
- variables referring to themselves through variable_components, or through object_components which refer back to the same variable
- sets in objects for which a sub-object is itself
