Updated codebase to be buildable with CEGUI 0.7 series and Ogre3D 1.7 series. These however are breaking changes so we cannot build with older versions now. |

Dump a good portion of the third party libraries and headers from the repository. These should not be part of the revision history and ultimately will need to be set up separately as part of a programmer's development environment. Remove this intermediate folder from revision tracking. All it contains is the object files from each build, which really should not be in revision control. |

Switch around the placement of the precompiled headers so that they are in the cpp files instead of the header files. Visual Studio requires that they be at the absolute top of a file to work. This hopefully will not break GCC build. |
