Some fixes in google and goear libs.

Use QNAM instead of urllib. Also, stop using time.sleep

Add QNAM library. I wrote this to replace the need of urllib and urllib2, or any other net libraries that Jake and plugins will be using. No more problems with _md5, _sha, _sha256 and _sha512 modules.

Some changes in build.py Using cx_Freeze from SVN lets me build the project without including Xlib exclicitally.

It should work now. At least it works on my pc.

Update ChangeLog

Build script to make my life easy. Add some binaries that I will be using to create actual executable files. Add something to INSTALL text. Delete old unix-only build script.
