Use QTemporaryFile instead of tempfile

Oops, forgot to import locale

Stop using own Xlib and start requering it installed on the user pc. This way will be easier to maintain it.

Use relative paths for locale dirs

We really must use only unicode when trying to autocomplete with tab

Implement an updater

Stop using fake_locale from utils and use lambda s: s instead.
Add external plugins path to sys.path
Return a full paths list of plugins instead of searching only in ./plugins
Same for skins.
Some more code cleanup. Almost there for first release :)

Change config system to store combo value instead of combo index.
That change forced me to check and rewrite some code in all plugins that were using the combobox control.
Some little bug fixes and code cleanup was made too.

Wrong locale folder for globalvars

TAB may crash sometimes.
