Added delete, copy and send file methods

Added connection.client method get_file

Got rid of the old xml parsing and replaced it with something simpler. Started to
reorganise the modules so that it's a bit more coherent and obvious. Have not updated
the documentation to reflect this and will not until it's finished.

Added parse.py which is not meant for general use yet. Uses a different xml parsing module

Added test and method for mkdir() in client.py

Changed directory structure and added setup.py file for installations
