added a basic shell as an example. Is still a work in progress

Started to update the documentation and add examples.

Tidied up tests. All passing and using mock objects.

Added delete, copy and send file methods

Added connection.client method get_file

Got rid of the old xml parsing and replaced it with something simpler. Started to
reorganise the modules so that it's a bit more coherent and obvious. Have not updated
the documentation to reflect this and will not until it's finished.

Added parse.py which is not meant for general use yet. Uses a different xml parsing module
