Added some changes to FileWrapper and made some more tests. Callbacks now require an argument but this is so we can give back a correct percentage each time.

Added some tests for the client ls method and improved how it functions. Did some code cleanup with the help of pylint. Test coverage is now at 94%.

Tidied up some of the docstrings. Have also changed some of the default keyword args to get rid of empty lists and dicts. This is because they get evaluated ONCE and can then create some unpredictable behaviour.
